Shipment tracking

Simplified
You can track your shipment step by step, from its origin to its final destination. All you have to do is type your CNPJ and/or CPF besides some other piece of information from the order and/or invoice.

Detailed
Here you can track all your shipment’s journey, by means of:
• Bill of lading number;
• Invoice;
• Sender’s CNPJ or addressee’s (within 10 days)..

This service is exclusive to TNT Mercúrio customers that have a password.

List
Here you can verify all your company’s shipments within a certain date range. You will also be able to filter them through the following documents:
• Bill of lading;
• Invoice;
• Order (in this case, it is agreed through a contract between both companies);
• CIF freight (origin), or FOB (destination), or both;
• Air and Road transportation, among other possibilities of filters.

This service is exclusive to TNT Mercúrio customers that have a password.

Internacional Shipment Tracking

By bill of lading:
Through the bill of lading number you are able to track all steps of your shipment, from the origin to the final destination.

By period of time:
You might track all your company’s imports and exports within a certain date range.
